Goodbye 2008

This year has been quite mixed for me. From awesome vacations to improving my level of football. The negative part is in the department of academics! Next will be quite challenging for me and my friends. SSRU in ugama plus SPE in MS. Tough challenges but hopefully i can cope with it.

My apologies for not anything posting in the past week and also in the following weeks. Congrats to Farhan Hamidon(1H) and Aisamuddin (1H) for winning inspiring young player 08' and for winning best rookie 08'. RM saja, RM saja cubatah Cholos , Durian or Decagon. And please stop saying" Your team lost because you weren't there." Wait two more years ok.

Singapore Day 2: Operation success

My nini's operation was successful.Spent the whole morning at the National University Hospital.After that, we had lunch at Garuda at Cairnhill. And yes, ate breakfast at the hospital.

Singapore 1st day.

Arrived at Singapore at about 2.30. I'm here for my nini's operation. Yesterday ate some Delifrance. Bought some CD's and an Original Rubik's Cube. Last night ate at the Adam Food Centre. Ate the famous Selera Rasa Nasi Lemak. If you can see in one of the pictures there's a newspaper clipping that says OUR Sultan takes his takeaway there!

Saturday happenings.

SATURDAY! Prison Department talk. Boring start then came the part about CANING. The demonstration had everybody's attention. Then came the gruelling, graphic PHOTOGRAPHS OF WOUNDS suffered by the prisoners who were caned. Horrible to see. After that, we had the rest of the time at the cafeteria watching some guys play futsal.Then played some netball. Finally for the first time I spun and volleyed the ball into the net.

Today's happenings

This has to be one of the most heated days in my MS life. First half of the day, we had futsal and it was Decagon FC vs. Royal Mystics. The big form 1 derby. Of course,it was really a heated atmosphere. Then Cikgu Ridha came and arranged the teams and to play a game of five minutes. The rest, was board games. Information about what happened, please consult any RM or Deca players in your class.

Pahlawan win Science interhouse quiz

Congrats to Pahlawan on trashing sports day winners Laksamana. Spent the whole afternoon in gym watching all those four houses compete. Rob was actually suprised that i guessed the winners of the semi-fiNal and final rounds.

Rob: Hey Zainul, u guessed the winners correctly,man.
Me: Yeah

There was this one part in the open quiz where Yeo Segal (1m) said an anagram was testicles. The whole gym erupted in laughter for about three minutes. Mr. Wong went CRAZY!

Yesterday's happenings

Ugama, we did nothin while at MS, well here's the story,first it was MIB so we had free period! Maths same thing and IRK we had sport. ALL i did during them was listenin' 2 music and reading Matthew Reilly:The Six Sacred Stones. MB1E switched history to science while we went the other way!During history , silence fell on all of us. After school as usual, football was on my head.

Finally, a win for a Arsenal, 2-1 to the Arsenal. I send my sympathies to Cikgu Ridha, Fikri (1B) and to my other friends who support Man U. Samir Nasri has already score five goals for the Gunners. Ends a very mixed week.
